Windows Install Failing

I've seen other posts like this in here but none of the solutions have worked for me. I just received my Framework 16 today, and I'm trying to install Windows. It is going through the installation process, and then percentage behaves as expected and then jumps from 17% to 60% to 75% in quick succession and then loads for a moment and then gives an (extremely unhelpful) error of "Windows 11 installation has failed." I created my USB drive using the Windows Media Creation Tool, and when that didn't work I manually downloaded the ISO and flashed it using Rufus.

Other posts have suggested removing the second drive when trying to install and I did that to no avail.

This isn't an issue with the drive because it happens if I use either of the drives. I was easily able to install Linux on the second drive so there's no chance there's the same issue with both drives.

I've re downloaded the ISOs a few times and they are all causing the install to fail at the same point in the same way.

Any ideas?
