Lower Back, neck and shoulder injury also was told I have carpal tunnel

I STARTED THIS JOB IN 2020

Hi everyone I was injured last year 2025, I was moving a pallet of boxes which weighed about 2500 to 3000 lbs (manual pallet jack) while moving it the wooden pallet underneath broke and it became stuck, i pulled and pulled eventually i was able to move it to its place. I work in a warehouse and they have an electric pallet jack but they don't let us use it only managers and some employees have keys, also my jobs duties was also moving heavy items on regular pallet jack, i knew how to use the electric pallet jack was told i would get a key. At 1st I didn't feel pain it was more like stiffness and sore back pain, but the pain kept getting worse, i finally reported to one of the managers they sent me home, i went to the hospital the next day because the pain was 9/10 they diagnosed me with bulging lumbar disc l4l5 and sciatica....I told my manager and recommended worker comp

I was seen by the insurance doctor, i had pain in my neck both shoulders mostly my right arm and pain in the lower back and right leg and was prescribed pain medicine 💊 and physical therapy

After a few month I was given an MRI for the neck, back and right shoulder only

5.MILD INTERSPINOUS EDEMA AT L4-L5, LIGAMENTOUS SPRAIN

6. LUMBAR SPINE STRAIGHTENING WITH MILD LEVOCURVATURE, MILD RETROLISTHESIS AT L4L5

(8MM DISC BULGE) pain ranges from 7 to 9

I have headaches and ringing in my ears

right shoulder:

1. MILD INFRASPINATUS TENDINOSIS

I feel like my arm is going to pop out sometimes when reaching for things

​

Was also told i have carpal tunnel after they did an nerve test on my right shoulder

​

I also got an attorney because they were taking so long to fill my prescription, as of right now they are only offering physical therapy and ibuprofen 800mg after they stop giving me tramadol im in constant pain i really don't know whats going to happen I've been out of work since I had to move in with my brother because im only getting $800 month which is not enough to survive in California i also had to apply for food stamps which is only about $50 a month
