Does Noro Madara felt?

Basically the title. I’m making the Loupy Studio scrunchie bag in Peer Gynt jolly blue and Noro Madara sake. I’m at the point where I can choose to make the larger version for felting but I can’t get a straight answer about if the Noro yarn will felt. Does striping it with a 100% wool yarn change anything about the felting process of the FO? Would be super grateful for anyone’s experience with this!
