Working with Flairs

Flairs are a way to look at subcategories in r/iwl. When you make a post you can put it in a subcategory Flair of your choice. It should show up at the top of your post.
To filter for all threads in a Flair, just click on it and that should cut down on the number of threads you'll see.
To return to the normal view make sure the Navigation bar is open at the left on desktop views and just click on r/iwl and you should be OK.
On the mobile app, tap on the Flair and you should get a list of posts. Tap on a post to view. Hit x to close the post and back arrow to return to the default r/iwl view.
