Setting slab floor

I have always avoided setting large slab panels of 3/4” stone on floors for a number of reasons but I have gotten involved in a project where I need to include it in my scope. I work with a bunch of tile setters who have their opinions, but tile and slab are not the same.

It’s 3/4” subfloor with ditra over the top. Is there a certain type of thinset that should be used bonding slab to filled ditra? Seams are going to be epoxy filled so they have to be tight.
