What in the world is going on in 201 S Evanston

So you know how that long road on Delaware 3rd street by TU has a closed right lane? So I have severe driving anxiety and freeways are a no-go for me (for now) and I was trying to use the street roads to get back on a main road when a bunch of vans were blocking the road. There seemed to be satellites and big tents in some of the houses. Just curious what it is. Made my commute 2x longer unfortunately but we will prevail!
