How would Arc 6 change if Gluttony ate Subaru's name instead of his memories?

In canon, Subaru loses his memories during the Pleiades Watchtower Arc. But what if, instead, the Sin Archbishop of Gluttony ate Subaru's name?

Everyone would forget who Subaru is, while Subaru himself would still remember everything from his isekai journey.

How would Emilia, Rem, Beatrice, Ram, Otto, Julius, and the others react to this random guy claiming to know them so intimately? How would Return by Death affect the situation? Would this be easier or harder for Subaru than losing his memories?
