Weird clot at 5 weeks (MA)

Hello, I found out I was pregnant on June 9th, I was 5 weeks and 2 days pregnant. The next day I booked an appointment at Planned Parenthood and took mifepristone. I felt light cramping for the next 24 hours and then after I took the miso orally at 4pm I felt light cramping and a good amount of blood and clots for the next two hours. There’s a white ish tan ish looking sphere in my clots. It’s about the size of a walnut maybe slightly smaller? Is that the fetus?? It’s freaking me out
