Looking for Studio/1B apartment in Williamsburg/Greenpoint/East Williamsburg/Bushwick!

Hey, my budget is 3k-3.5k. Studio or bedroom. I prefer Williamsburg > East Williamsburg> Bushwick > Greenpoint.

If Greenpoint, very close to the north bridge, or very close down south to Williamsburg.

I don't mind at all taking over a lease.

In-unit laundry is a + but not needed. If it is more than 10 minutes far from the train station, that's a dealbreaker.

I am also leaving a rent-stabilized window-to-ceiling 2.8k apartment south-west facing in the Upper East side if someone's interested.

Desired lease length: 12-14 month

Looking to move July 15, 20, or 25.
