What do you do when Amtrak cancels your train?

Amtrak just called to tell me, via a recorded message, that my train tomorrow was cancelled. I went online to see if I could catch another train and it says the train i am booked on is "sold out". I have been on hold for 20 mins waiting to talk to an agent. Any suggestions?
