Should I sell my 9060xt to get a 9070xt? Is there any good places to sell and buy used gpus?

Is the jump from a 9060xt to a 9070 /9070xt worth it or should I just wait for the next series? So far it runs all my games good but I just got a 280 hz oled 1440p and I kinda want something more powerful.
