doomed to piss problems

Discussion

This is a bit of a tongue in cheek post but I've been noticing the more I research gender affirming care and the longer I spent in a medically transitioned/ing body the more it seems like so many things cause urinary issues.

I've dealt with urinary problems triggered by atrophy (even after treating it with estrogen for more than a year) and know other trans guys deal with this as well. Now I'm researching phallo and it seems some of the most common problems people have include urinary problems like chronic UTIs, dribbling urine/frequent urination, strictures and fistulas. I've also been on cis and trans hysto threads and it seems like people sometimes have worsened urinary issues after hysto as well.

Obviously it doesn't not make sense since especially with phallo you're directly manipulating the urinary system (if you do UL etc) it just makes me feel like being trans is rolling dice where 5/6 sides just say "piss problems." I also saw at least one video from a trans girl describing the trans girl experience and every 2-3 things it cut to her being like "gotta pee" so seemingly is not just us guys lol. Just like damn am I going to be worrying about mildly pissing myself the rest of my life??
