Need Help Figuring Out A Type Of VST, Going Crazy

I'm looking for a specific VST but I don't know WHAT it would even be, as in I don't know how it even functions, I'm looking for a VST that reproduces the same effect in a program called FxSound, specifically v1.1.36.0, as apparently they changed some things in later builds https://github.com/fxsound2/fxsound-app/releases/tag/v1.1.36.0 link provided.

The effect in question is virtual surround sound, I have it set to 5, it can go up to 10, EQ's are flat and other effects are off. From what I can tell, it does something to make audio show up in both L/R channels evenly, while still having some slight directional noise such as when playing a game or watching a movie but it still shows up in both L/R channels.

I'm aware this program is very outdated in terms of its function and also adds some audio delay, hence why I'm trying to move away from it, but my brain genuinely hates audio that's not distributed evenly, there's nothing I can do about how my body reacts to that sadly. So if anyone has any idea HOW the Surround Sound effect is being done and can help me isolate a VST or two if it uses multiple for the effect, then I'd be extremely appreciative.
