link to tickets

hey! just bought these tickets for malcolm todd and I was sent a link for the tickets that comes up looking identical to a ticketmaster ticket with the revolving blue bar, dots on the artist image, changing bar code, event info etc, but it’s just not transferred to my account. the link is https://access-links.com/wallet but I called the venue and they said the tickets weren’t in my name. but stubhub said this was normal and that i’m backed by protection or whatever. does anyone have any experience? thanks!
