when do people think the quebec spousal sponsorship quota will be full?

hi everyone, my partner and i are waiting for our AOR to be able to apply for the quebec spousal sponsorship, but since we applied at the end of may, i was wondering how quickly people think the application quota will fill up? i’m worried we may not make it since last year we became eligible 4 days after the application closed.
