What do I do? Claude Account Suspended, Verification Won't Work and They won't Export Data

My Claude account was suspended in late May under the pretext that I am under 18, and I can't do ANYTHING about it. When I try to verify, I get an API error, and I opened a support ticket for which they haven't responded in a week. What am I supposed to do if they think I'm under 18, give no proof, and don't let me prove otherwise, nor give me my data so I can move on without losing my chats??? If anyone can provide any help, it would be much appreciated.
