Mykonos advice

Along with my wife, planning to go to Mykonos on June 27th . I would need advise on the following

1. Scorpios when is the best time to go and until when stay there ( is it worth a sat in the restaurant from 5pm)
2. Nammos: best time to go and where to stay (restaurant or beach )
3. Interni: is it worth ?
   Any other suggestions ? We prefer to have a moderate party and good vibe lunchs or dinner .
