please give me advice

if i scored a 17aa, 16 pat and 19 rc, and im a canadian applying to the states, gpa around 3.75 with good ecs. my retake is july 25th, but im scared that may be too late applying since my account would still have to get verified. But i also do not want them to automatic screen me off due to my previous cdat attempt which i know for sure i can improve. what should i do apply and mark it as a retake planned or hold off?
