Stuck on semi-pro

rly not sure what to do, semi pro too easy, pro too hard. Was also struggling with prof when playing 23 but just got 26 and man... I never play online so idc abt that stuff but just playing this single player turkey v morrocco game on professional is cooking me man.

Cant win, lose 1-0 every time. I get intercepted every time I break for it there's like 5 of their dudes right in front of me no idea how to cross, when I do cross theres one guy to recieve but it gets intercepted. The AI is always on the path of my potential passes. When they break through I dont know how to defend I try to get my player to intercept but they jut bounce around me and easily make it through, with my tackles never really getting them properly.

I really dont know how to get better, this has been an issue i have had for both games (I somehow had a 100 hrs on fifa23 without learning how to play well lol)...
