Best mods for PS4?

I’ve noticed the game is different for the platforms.

The title is self explanatory. Any advice is appreciated.

I also have two main problems. Probably just from me being too dumb to realize how to fix em.

1.) During night session matches the lights are too bright and you can hardly see the screen.
2.) The bars in game with the stress meter are cut in half. So I guess it’s zoomed in for some reason.
