A spell on my father?

For context, my father is not the best person on earth, me and my family are constantly fighting through lawyers for basically everything. I already put numerous protection spells on the people I love, our pets and our house. It looks like isn’t enough. I wanted to put a spell on him, not to hurt him or anything but to make him reflect and let us be. I don’t want to trauma dump because it’s not the place, but at this point I’m very frustrated for how is everything going. Does anyone know a good spell to help him go on whit his life and start treating me and my sister like humans? I want him to understand that he can live his life in peace and doesn’t have to attack all of us, I also would like him to reflect on his actions.
In exchange for anyone how read this far and have any tips I’ll share a spell that i putted on myself that i LOVE.

First I like to light a candle (it could be any color, I usually use white or my favorite color)
I write on I piece of paper my name and intentions than fold it towards me 3 times. (example for the intentions “I am protected, every bad intention towards me becomes a blessing” or something like that)
Then I put in a cleansed jar black salt, sage, cinnamon, bay leaves and the paper.
At last I seal everything with the candle wax.

It’s a very simple spell, almost everything can be modified in base on what you have on hand. It’s the first spells I did just going with the flow and picking plants from my grandparents garden and using what I had already at home. It worked out great for me so I hope someone else can find it useful.
