Looking for Upgrade Ideas

Im looking to push this deck to 3 or 4 if possible without game changers. Any ideas of what to put in would be welcome. And feel free to tell me anything bad you see about the deck so long as its constructive to making it better.

Im really starting to love this deck but I think it needs more consistency or refocusing.

No budget limit as this will be a passion project over time.
Local meta is kinda all over the place, games are a mix of brackets 3, 4 and, 5 (weak 5 but still).

Also the idea of the deck is ETB/Combat triggers with a fling mini sub theme.
