How do I report a busted sprinkler line along light rail track?

I saw a busted sprinkler spewing excessive water. It was coming from the landscaping that was installed along a light rail track along i-5s just north of the 272nd exit. I emailed details yo sound transit hoping they'd know who to send out, but I am in a ticket system where they want me to give an exact address and take a photo of the site etc. I obviously cant do that. My worry the ticket loop will go nowhere and the water will continue to be wasted if it hasnt been resolved.
