Anyone else have sporadic nightmares where you believe you're dead?

I had frequent nightmares as a kid. I have early memories of waking myself up during a nightmare. My dad told I sleepwalked once or twice as a kid. I thought I'd grown out of it now as an adult. But lately. I've been mumbling in my sleep (my friend told me when we slept in the same room during vacation), I didn't know I did that since I usualy sleep alone. I've also had sporadic nightmares (evere couple of months) about death or dying. My nightmares as a kid had similar themes. My parents said I was also occupies with the idea of death and making songs about it as a kid.

Last night, I dreamt that everyone had left me and I was suddenly alone in a dark room. It was terryfing. I slowly believed that I had actually died until I finally woke up grasping for air.

I know this is specific. But I wonder if anyone else have similar nightmares, or even dreams or nightmares in a similar theme as when you were a kid?
