(Re)Loved clothes seem new? Any experiences?

Purchased a (Re)Loved clothing item and wasn’t sure what to expect. No price tag, but all other tags are still there and it smells the same as my recent clothes purchases so I’m thinking they’re new and unworn. Are clothing items always new? Maybe limited stock old items?

Mostly curious if I got lucky or if I should continue scouting for clothes on RL. I’ve heard the bags can be hit or miss and on the website they only mention bag trade-ins - nothing about clothing.
