Luxury Boutique Security Guard Job in Toronto : Pros and Cons?

Got an job offer for a luxury retail unarmed security position in downtown Toronto and wanted to get some feedback from people who have done similar work.
The job pays around $20/hr, requires a black suit and tie, polished black dress shoes, and it’ll be a standing post in front of luxury boutiques. Day shifts are 10-12hours from opening to closing.
