My Orion TV1334 wont connect to my pc

i have checked the ports. they work fine

i have a HDMI to AV cord.

do i need drivers?
is it just not possible?
i have no idea what im doing

here are my pc specs if they are needed
AMD Radeon 6600 GPU, Ryzen 5 4500 CPU, 32gb ddr4 RAM
