Fairy Queen not spawning?

Since this new update, the Fairy Queen is not spawning for me. I have the upgrade, I am on my third UA. It doesn’t spawn in active gameplay, or while the game is closed (does not show up as slayed enemy on recap). Anyone else have this issue?
