How do women meet guys outside of dating apps?

I am a woman. I constantly see every woman no matter how they look say they’re flinging off guys left and right harassing them and all you need to do is step outside and you can get a guy. I’m not fat btw because whenever I say this that’s the first thing people ask. I’m skinny like a bean pole.

I have literally never had a man approach me or show interest in me irl (I did have a guy hit on me at night during COVID times completely covered so I don’t count that) I have never been in a relationship. I have been on 6 dates in my lifetime through dating apps. I haven’t matched with anyone I’m interested in since I first joined.

How do I meet men irl and get them to approach and notice me?
