I just spent my entire lunch break sitting in my car in total silence because I can't handle the corporate mask anymore

True story

I work a perfectly fine office job with decent pay, but the daily grind of performing "corporate enthusiasm" is completely draining my soul. Having to write emails packed with exclamation points, nodding through useless morning catch-ups, and pretending to care about spreadsheet efficiency is exhausting. I don't want the company to be my identity. I just want to do my tasks quietly, get my paycheck, and go home without being judged for setting boundaries
