Liver taste
So I found out about this diet like a month ago, and have slowly stated making transitions into it. Ditching most vegetables and all other carbs besides fruit/honey , eating meat based (cant eat raw meat entirely since Im 16 and my family wouldn’t approve), been drinking 2 gallons of raw milk per week, but I’ve been having problems with raw liver. My parents r okay with me just eating liver raw which is nice, but I can’t stand the taste. At first I would eat it raw but id have to lather it in honey just to make it taste acceptable, and I couldn’t even really sustain that. I hear a lot in this community about following ur instincts, but it seems like my instincts just conpletely reject raw liver specifically.
For the last few weeks, I’ve been eating liver by just searing the outside, so the inside (like 70-80% of the meat) is raw asf, Thats the only way I can eat it. Does anyone know why I dislike it? Is undercooked liver even worth eating? Im kinda In a pickle here.
