Are there gaming ugc creators?

So basically I'm a professional video editor and I was thinking of starting a page where I'd review light quick mobile games in my regional language. Now let's say I manage to build a good audience of around 10k. Can I actually get Android game companies to promote their games on my page or something? Do you guys get offers from Android game dev companies?
