New DBD player here. Are there any time-limited cosmetics that are permanently leaving the store soon?

I noticed the "Specials" section in the shop, which seems to feature rotating licensed cosmetics. Since I'm new to the game, I'm not sure which cosmetics are actually time-limited, which ones are just rotating out temporarily, and what is likely to return to the store later.
