Is Bandcamp presently offering Custom Domains, or not?

On the Help page to set up Custom Domains, “Due to changes in the handling of third-party cookies, we are currently unable to support custom domains.”

However, there follows a complete set of instructions in how to point a domain name to your own Bandcamp site.

I am confused.

(I’ve had my account since before April 11, 2012, so I don’t have have a “Pro” account for this.)
