Why hasn't Carney's government tacked phishing scams?

There are farms of fraud engineers, often located in India calling people pretending to be our bank, CRA or whatever

One presumes AI will make them worse

We should have regulations if possible preventing fake caller IDS

Every major business should have a protocol that prevents fraud, if possible
