Former Mechanics, what’s next?

Hoping to get some good input here. I’m 26, in the southeast, making $130k+ a year flat rate. I’m at specialty shop doing incredibly high-level restorations and full vehicle builds, currently working 50-60 hours a week and trying to begin life with a family. People who wanted to slow down and not sacrifice pay, what are you doing now?
