1st image is the National Flag and the second flag is the war flag

The first flag symbolizes the nation by

Red the losses and suffering of our people

White the peace and freedom of our nation

Blue the ocean and shelter of our people

The second flag represents war

Black again the suffering and remembering of our nations losses

White peace and the unity of our nation

Blue the structure and superiority of our nation.

The stars they represent the 9 provinces in our nation

The leafs they represent the unity of our nation

The Star leaf that represents strength and stability of our nation also represents the first province.

Same with the war flags stars, leafs and Center star.
