A Little Motivation & Guidance

So, I have been studying for SEC530 since late April. Well, I guess that I should say trying to study. It has been hard to get focused and dedicated. I have severe ADHD. I am not a Linux person, spent the last 18 years as a Cisco Wireless Engineer. I was GSEC certified in 2007 but my company pushed me in to the wireless realm, so I never kept in the path.

I requested some SANS training again and they chose this one, since the company is heavy into moving in the Zero Trust direction.

I am still struggling to get through book 1 and the first hands on lab. Anyone else out there with ADHD managed to push through this? I have until August 28th to sit the exam. What kind of study schedule were you able to put together?

GIAC exams are never a cinch but want to get through it.
