You and me met at a gala event. It had been a difficult year for me with drama in my personal life following me everywhere I went. So I was a bit lowkey for a while. You were busy yourself… both of us constantly on the go and flying out of town in a moments notice. We still made time for each other though, going out on several dates, texting and FaceTiming each other nearly every day. It was difficult, but we made an honest effort and that’s all either one of us could ask for.

While on a date 2 weeks ago, we decided to make it exclusive between us. Not announcing anything but just to each other. It was nice not having paparazzi following us around everywhere. But even then, work got in the way. We’d been dating for about a month, recently became exclusive 2 weeks ago and we still haven’t had sex. That’s how real our connection was.

Nevertheless, the stars aligned and we both had a week completely off. We planned and decided to take a trip to getaway from the everyday life. Opting for a luxe vacation in Positano, italy. We flew in together and got settled into our private villa on the beach. Having a reservation for dinner, we both got dressed and went out. Enjoying the first breath of our relationship together. Not disrupted by any of the day to day world.

The evening was shared with laughs, great food and drinks but even better company. We decided to walk back to our villa, holding hands along the beach. It felt like paradise indeed. As we made it back to our villa, you poured us a couple glasses of champagne as I stood out by the balcony enjoying the view. Turning around and smiling at you, wrapping my arms around your neck as we held each other. “YC… I can’t tell you how incredibly amazing I feel right now… I’m so happy we’re together and we’re able to make this trip happen” I say.
