does hshop still work?

so, last time I modded a 3ds (2ds actually) it was from my region and idk maybe I was smarter or something but now as of 2026, with a 3dsLL (Japan) nothing seems to work.

I tried region changing it, didn’t work, got blocked at the most importsnt steps in gm9 (got a black screen with some sort of count going up at the top left)

decided ro give up, tried installing games thru hshop, not working, dowload stop a 0.12 MB says something about unknown, result code, level…

So except from a bg theme with music, I wasn’t able to do any kind of fulfilling mods on this 3ds.

HELP 😅
