Subaru Tri Camera Issues

I manage a location that sees quite a few subaru glass installations. A big issue we keep running into is the Cameras keep either (supposedly) getting broken (dealership statement) or the code 140b is being shown on their diagnostic equipment. Anyone else have any issues with subarus? And if so what are the resolution for this?
