Why does that keep happening?

In pvp and pve I randomly expiriwance a glitch. When the sub count is 1 it refuses to go down for atleast another 3 timer counts. Idk if anything am saying makes sense but idk how else could describe it. Need answers asap cuz am losing in pvp cuz of this
