This a good build?

I’m planning to buy a top range pc for gaming and work. I render things on 3D programs and also edit projects. I also game I would to play the games with high quality and the best fps on best settings I also heavily mod games such as fallout 4 for example and want it to run it to run great. Upgrading from 3080 and 16gb RAM to this build? (See below) this good or any advice on stuff missing or to make it cheaper?
