Can I switch summer pass location if it’s dire?

hello, due to personal reasons I’m leaving my household. I’m 18, and right now the gym is kind of what’s keeping me afloat. I’ll be switching states and need to find a new planet fitness there. Will it be possible to switch my summer pass location? I hate being a burden to employees so I don’t want to ask if the answer will for sure be no. Thank you for your time!
