Looking for Support

Hi. I heard the furry fandom is extremely supportive but I guess I over shared which is completely ok. So apologies for the repost.

I'm really mostly looking for support on chronic fatigue syndrome but if I'm lucky enough maybe I'll find a few online furry friends or Portland, Oregon furry friends. I mostly live on discord.

I am receiving medical help as well with a psychiatrist and a weekly therapist. It's taken me about a year or so to finally try to speak up and ask them, I just want to know why I'm so slow mentally and physically.

My medical journey has been a lot longer, from California not listening to me about asking for an autism test and only giving me inattentive ADHD. And now here in Oregon everyone on my care team is asking if I've looked into autism testing after I gave up asking 😂. (It's been a nightmare to find one but hopefully I get a phone call in the next 2 months) I've got mild sleep apnea as well and I've had some improvement but it just still doesn't feel like the missing piece.

After a little self digging I found I related to ME/CFS allot but I'm still able to do stuff which makes me worry maybe I don't have it? I know I'm not the only one who selfdoubts mild stuff but the few furries I have seen with CFS make me feel very intimidated because it's extremely debilitating for them. That's why I'm here looking for stories and validation if I'm just over exaggerating or if there is something there and my Adderall has been kinda making my anxiety almost allot worse because it practically removed my brain fog. I can finally see and no longer obliviously ignore how slow I am.

Some examples for how slow I am is I'm physically and mentally slow but not extremely slow but I drag my feet because my body is heavy and I've been called slow all my life. I work a part time job and sometimes but rarely my micro manager says I'm slow too. I take an hour to make a silly sandwich. Some of it though is probably autism/ADHD. I love putting everything on my sandwich so I have to slowly cut up what I want but the moment I'm done with say putting cheese on my sandwich I put the cheese back in the fridge the moment I'm done with it when I should probably build my sandwich first and then put everything away instead of putting everything away one at a time after I put one thing on my sandwich. A better example would be at work, we do dock walks where we go down the wing of a warehouse to collect broken packages. It's supposed to take about 30-45 minutes but I take 3-3.5 hours. Luckily I have a boyfriend who works with me on dock walks but sometimes it just feels kinda degrading that I pretty much can't do a dock walk by myself. He'll grab practically 3/4 of the wing and more sometimes where I've done only 1/8 to 1/4 if I'm lucky. It should be half and half and I even have the easier side where an 1/8 doesn't even exist on my half. Sorry if it's too much math xd

Id post more examples if needed but I feel like I've already over shared way more than I probably should and I feel terrible for writing so much for you to read. Thank you for reading at least if you do and I'm sorry I wrote allot.
