Tailor in Richmond

Can anyone recommend a good tailor or seamstress in Richmond? And preferably a price for how much it costs to get a pair of dress pants and/or jeans hemmed? I’m hoping it won’t be too too expensive.

I used to get all my stuff tailored in White Rock but haven’t been able to get out there for a long while.
