8 week ultrasound- help

*I have already asked my OB about this, just waiting for a response*

Can anyone help me understand this ultrasound report.
I’m mostly concerned about the gestational age related to the yolk sac and being <1% grisolia.

And then the bottom where it is statin there is fluid collections/“complex area”?

Anyone know what this could mean- see below please.
