Helio strap to Apple health

Can anyone confirm which data is exported from Fitbit helio strap to Apple health? Feel free to send a screenshot of the integration screen with all data.

I want an helio strap, but I will use only Apple health since all my data is there from other devices. So it’s important to have data exported there.

Also, so you need to open the Zepp app to export to Apple health, or will it do it in the background?
