YesStyle shipping from China?

I was tired of Lila Beauty being out of stock and had a recommendation to try YesStyle. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago now, they did say ships in 7-14 days which I was aware. The email I've just been sent says its shipping from Hong Kong. Is this normal?
