Cycle and witchcraft

I’ve been thinking it for a while, but being in so much pain. I always forget to ask it.

I’d like to use my menstrual blood in witchcraft, and you don’t have to give me ideas or help ( because it’s stated that it’s against the rules ).

But I CAN ask you guys about experiences and thoughts.

Hoping you guys can share one thing though: any tea that can ease the pain, without using 14 painkillers a day for 14 days a month?
